Cyrus: Hey John! This is Cyrus from McCormick Harvesting Company. How has your new mechanical reaper treating you?

John: Hi Cyrus. The reaper has been performing exceptionally well minus a few little flaws.

Cyrus: That's great to hear! May I ask what are these flaws so we could improve on our new version?

John: The wheels on the mechanical reaper have been digging themselves into the ground when the ground is wet and the blades used to cut the crop need to be sharped continually.

Cyrus: I am sorry to hear, once we find the proper way to fix these problems we will make sure you are one of the first to receive the updates!

John: Thank you! Like I said this is an amazing piece of machinery you have created!

This is a conversation between Cyrus and John, a customer who purchased the mechanical reaper which was a revolutionary machine that was used to cut crops grown by the farms, before this you would have had to hire a lot of men and cut the crops by hand. This was expensive and very hard to do, with the mechanical reaper little men were required and it was proven to be more effective. This also picked up the harvest.
