The Day of the Dead is a day dedicated to Mictecacihuatl, the goddess of death, by the Aztecs, Mayans and other peoples. With the discovery of the American continent by Columbus in the 15th century, Halloween was introduced to All Saints' Day. After some integration of ethnic groups and religions, it evolved into today's Day of the Dead. During these days, we must celebrate joyfully. Crying is an act of disrespect for the deceased.
