Steve tells us about he really needs his notebook and making scripts because, without them he would go crazy. The prosecution brings Wendell Bolden to testify. They are trying to tie Bobo Evans, James King and Steve Harmon to the holdup. The defense discredits Bolden the same way they discredited Zinzi: they show that he would just about anything to get out of jail. The prosecution brings up Karyl, the detective that came to the crime scene. The defense brings up doubts on Karyl because he didn't any fingerprints in the whole store. The next witness was Osvaldo Cruz. He said that Steve, James, Bobo and he were in the store during the crime and says that he was in it because he was scared of all of them. The defense proves that Osvaldo was in a gang called the Diablos and that he had to cut someone in the face. Steve gets a visit from his dad and talks to him about the problem he's in. Steve saw his dad cry and hated it. He knew he had done nothing wrong.
