I've learned A LOT of patients over the years and how to put their needs before mine without giving it a second thought. I'm a mother of three, with my latest just turning one years old last month. I love being able to show my children the world, share my interests, and skills. Love getting to watch them learn and grow. Its always interesting to see their personalities develop and seeing how different they are from each other. I've learned to grow up when there is no running water, electricity and next town is about 1.5 hours away. I learned how to see the world within my beliefs and learned the old ways that my parents were taught. Who we give thanks to, helping taking care of the sheep, why we do certain things sometimes and just my way of thinking. My favorite is Yu Yu Hakusho (which shows how long I've been watching haha) and Demon Slayer. I've been a fan for awhile and its a big part of who I am. Always enjoy going to conventions and buying art from artist alleys (people who create their own art from inspired characters). I may not have a lot of time to play them like I used to but I always enjoy them. Luckily my husband plays them more than me and I get updated because of him. Sometimes I watch streamers either on Twitch or youtube as well. I was more of a console gamer and played a lot of the older games. We allow our children to play and watching them play is always amusing. I love getting to share my experience of the games with them when I was a kid. My brother and I would play a lot together when we were younger. Although I'm a busy mom, I only really have time to play short small games. In 2021 I bought a sewing machine and started my sewing journey. My mom and sister sew so that adapted to me. I took sewing classes throughout my high school. I have learned a lot of techniques and improved more of my skills. I enjoy making bags and everything in the photo I made. (Daughter's backpack, purses, totes, wallets, and small bags) Just as I much as I love sewing I really enjoy getting to buy the amazing fabrics that I get from Facebook groups that personally or have someone create the drawings for the fabrics. I definitely grew my stash with my personal favorites of anime, gaming, Native and of course cute prints. I joined the National Guard back in 2015, been in for 8 years. I've learned determination, integrity, loyalty and lots of different skills I never thought I'd learn. Sometimes its a pain and wonder why I join but when I'm with my team its always a pleasure to be apart of the military with them. My siblings were a big influence because my brother joined the Army when I was in Middle/High school, then later my big sister joined the Marines. Love that being in the military helps me keep in shape and that everyone is there to help me out in my unit. I was amazed I joined, then I was amazed I wanted to stay in more than my assigned.
