Hello!
My name is Mª Pau. I live in Cornellà and I also work there as a teacher. I teach Maths in the Higth School Maria Aurelia Capmany. I started to study English three years ago.

Trip to London

Last January I went to London with my family. We stayed in London for four days. I used English to buy the museum tickets, to ask people for some places and to book a table in a restaurant.

Practicing English in the subway

Last Easter I helped an English family to buy  the subway tickets. They were visiting Barcelona for four days.

Visiting London

We visited the famous London Eye. It was amazing! The views from the top were so beautiful and we were very lucky because it was sunny.

THREE MEN IN A BOAT 17/02 In class we have talked about this book. It belongs to the English classic literature and it is criticized the high class of the 19th century. It is about a travel by boat of three men and a dog. THE SNOW GOOSE 28/04 The book it's about the relationship between a man and a girl during the Second World War. It is a beautiful and sad story. In class we have created a new story with the first three lines and the last three lines.

I would recommend this activity because it is a good way to practice English. It is interesting and fun.
