I feel they are defined by the powerful and strong mindsets that allow them to keep going.

I think of my mom when it comes to women in leadership. Being widowed at a young age, my mom worked hard for her five children. Facing many betrayals and several downsides, my mom ensured that her kids never struggled for even one meal of the day and that they had education as a power tool.
