Work Condition is important since we can qualify if the employee fits for this job or not. If they can't fit in this job and we hire him/her, the work can be a disaster. An example is being an electrician, if the person doesn't know how to do it properly, worst case scenario they can be electric shocked.

If a poor work environment can destroy your business, a positive work environment can have the complete opposite effect. When your employees are happy, satisfied and engaged, they are much more likely to do their best work. Their productivity will go through the roof, and they will make fewer mistakes.

I think without a work condition, workers would have no idea of their schedule or time to work, and they will also be uncoordinated because of lack of rules/steps which leads to inefficiency.
