         <title>I think it helps us to learn from each other&#39;s expertise and because there is time given, people are more willing to share their expertise. I &amp;nbsp;spent time looking at Station Rotation today, and have gotten some great ideas &amp;nbsp;and signed up for Padlet and Vocabulary.com--two programs I didn&#39;t even know about until this week!</title>

         <title>I was able to show other teachers how to access and use google programs, extensions and classroom. I also had a chance to look through resources that help differentiate reading levels. I agree with what Vicky said about time and being more available to seek out the expertise of others. I really appreciate the time to sit with another teacher and have them explain something you have been trying to figure out for days. There is so much out there to explore and its important for us to have a chance to explore it before our kids do. I could even see our staff using this blended learning collaboration style with school events, or after tea. A central place we can access material, discuss or collaborate about topics in one spot. Also on our own time.&amp;nbsp;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was answering questions about Canvas and directing people to other sources if I didn't know the answer. I looked at the Station Rotation PowerPoint so I could relook at the Basic Design. I took time to look at the Using Tech to Differentiate slides with the Newsela, Smithsonian, Common Lit and Vocabulary.com sites.<br>&nbsp;I reviewed all the topics and handouts that I have had in both Catlin Tucker's class and in the District's PD class on Blended Learning to see if there were other areas that I could add to an ongoing school goal&nbsp; inservice agenda. Even with this much time I still have other areas that I would like to explore in designing rotations in my classes. I would like to look at some of Joanna's google extensions.<br>I love this model because I come away feeling like I have really communicated in the face to face time and have dug deeper on topics I needed.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>I was able to collaborate with another teacher on Canvas and find out that not all the tools are working and how to have students access my Canvas Module.  By having collobaration time, we are able to experiment with, find solutions, and teach each other how to use different programs.  I have new programs and tools to dive into!  Love this method.  It makes me feel empowered and important and it gives us opportunites to seek out others for help.  However, I couldn&#39;t figure out how to put my name at the top of the paragraph!  LOL </title>

         <title>I worked with other teachers to better understand Canvas.  With their help I was able to finish my kindergarten Canvas module and launch my Kindergarten Cafe! Really excited to use it on Monday.  Come check out my bulletin board to see how I am attempting to use Canvas with kindergarteners.  Love this blended model of in-service.  Enjoyed the freedom to pick pace and place.</title>

         <title>I collaborated with Kendall on ways to use blended learning to keep all the third graders on the same page for reading and language arts instruction. I met with Joanna and got more comfortable with Google Drive and learned a little about Google classroom. I worked on my Canvas pages and helped Corise with a Excel problem. All in all it was a very productive afternoon. I found that this format helps to meet all my diverse needs and gives time for me to work on the items that are my highest priority.</title>
