Few suggestions to make better

  1. Additions of Newer Psychoactive substances

  2. Comorbidities

  3. IUD and HCV management

  4. Expanding Behavioural addiction


    The team may also consider to have a separate app for "gambling" in future.

  1. Generation of PDF of ASSIST and CUDIT-R.

  2. A 'Case History and MSE' format which can be used online as well as offline. So that in case of discussion, the same PDF can be shared with the panel.

Also, in the future, maybe AI can be used to assist in finding comorbidities considering the Case History, MSE, and other scores on scales.

In the pre app days,we had facilities to present our cases in hospital &/ pvt practice in the NIMHANS weekly case discussion sessions . You may add a feature in the addiction app to enable scheduling such discussions on the lines of a virtual case conference with multiple participants which involve addiction( substance & behavioral).
