Why is Iqbal a good person?

Yes, Iqbal is a good person. Iqbal is a good person because he wants his friends to be free from slavery. Another reason why Iqbal is a good person is because he keeps his word and tells the truth to his friends. . He doesn't lie to his friends.

Is Hussein a good person?

Hussein is a horrible person. I think that Hussain is a mean person because he uses kids as his slaves. He makes the kids eat outside in the hot sun. when Iqbal runs away, Husein makes the kids work an extra hour to make up Iqbal’s work. Husein doesn’t give them good living conditions: the world he gives them is horrible. Hussein's goal in life is to be rich. He gets rich by forcing kids to be his slaves.

Are the police good?
The police are not good people. We know they’re not good people because they didn’t want to help the poor kids. For example, when Iqbal ran away, the police should not have taken him back. Instead, I think they should have arrested the master because the master is breaking laws by forcing kids to be his slaves.

Iqbal is a young boy who works at a carpet factory. He is forced to work as a slave weaving carpets. Iqbal got traded for money when he was six years old. During the day, the kids are forced to weave carpets. When it’s lunch time, the kids have to sit in the hot sun. At night, the kids are forced to sleep on the ground.

Then at the age of 12, he said that he had it. Iqbal was tired of making carpets for this man who didn't even pay him. He decided to run away. When Iqbal ran away, the master said to the other kids you have another hour to work since Iqbal ran away. When Iqbal ran away, he found some police officers to help him, but instead of helping him, they took him back to the carpet factory. Once he comes back, the master throws Iqbal into the tomb, which is an empty room where the kids go when they are punished.

But this doesn’t hold him back. Iqbal still finds a way out. He runs away for good and joins an organization that helps free other kids in the same situation. He works freeing kids until he is murdered at the age of 13.

It is sad that Iqbal got murdered but he made a change for all of us.
