I am finishing my 4th year of teaching, but have taught in two different school districts and have seen multiple types of professional learning environments. The Digital Cohort at Central Dauphin far surpassed all other training I've received combined. School districts should look to follow this model for professional learning if they aim to see lasting change for their schools. The collaboration was phenomenal, the lessons were engaging, and the time was well spent. My teaching mindset has forever changed thanks to your hard work and spectacular personality. You will never truly know the impact you've had on all my current and future students.
