<title>the internal door that are set to be demolished created a new wall in the proposed phased. there for on the proposed plan now is showing like the door is inside a wall - there is a way around it which I have a step by step workflow to tackle this:	1. set phase filter to None and phase to Existing	2. copy existing MVS-door in the existing phase then delete them	3. placed the copied doors to align with same location and change these doors Phased Demolished as Demolished	4. change phase to Proposed	5. placed the copies door to the same location and change to an ART door type	6. change phase filter to Show complete and phase to Proposed to make sure the doors are showing correctly	However the walls are slightly off centred - step 5 above might not work for some doors resulting in manually adding doors in the location. also some of the location does not allow me to place in the same place or it will show up like the door is inside the wall again</title>

<title>Issue where QS cost report on change of scope did not take acount of Stage 2 design development. Review on how we develop cost plan info with C&amp;B at Energy Study stage to cover works associated with EiRP - eg groundworks, BWIC, ceiling replacment etc. Should we have a standard scope which goes out with EiRPs for costing? </title>
