         <description><![CDATA[<div>Student must buy into the program for it to be successful. Being excited and energetic as well as having a positive reinforcement system in place will be beneficial. It must be  consistent and a routine used  everyday.<br><br>The materials with the exception of the software are beneficial for all students. There are great lessons in the System 44 WB that can be differentiated for all students  in your class that focus on comprehension. Stretch Texts are great for students that need enrichment.<br><br>Collaborating with ELA Department will be helpful, however time with other System 44 "teachers" is a must. Sharing of ideas has been crucial.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

I learned through experience last year on how to better group students during small group instruction. Today, I learned how to better utilize the reports that are offered to monitor progress using books and software.</title>
