I enjoyed learning the hotseat strategies and I will surely be trying it in my class. 

 From the workshop I have learnt to know the purpose of using the different techniques and it strengthens the quality of the content for students better understanding. 

It also made us think on the questions to work in groups. This will help me make such questions for group activity where students will increase critical thinking. 

Worksheets and activities shared were very helpful to generate curiosity, engage students and clear misconceptions.

Story telling is a fantastic way to teach the content and life skill in our daily class. I do use it in class.

Takeaway-  The most important use of Bloom's Taxonomy is that it provides a holistic approach for teachers to understand the varying levels of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains that teachers have as outcomes for students. Brief discussion on lesson plans has helped to understand the expected layout according to the NEP. Make learning experiential and self directed. Include collaborative activities to develop the skills required.

There has to be an assurance for learning and every individual uses the PDCA cycle to review established processes periodically and initiate corrective action when it is needed.
