Watchers are as their name suggests. Their duties involve

observing for potential threats, outbreaks, weather conditions,

etc. Many Watchers are Tech Junkies and may replace their

biological eyes with bionic. Cameras exist in every shop and around

every corner, but personal spaces, bathrooms, etc. do not include

them. It is the citizen's job to report suspicious activity to local

authorities.

The government is run by a council of individuals elected

among the cities by the citizens. At this time, b.o.t.s are

welcome to vote, but Intergalactic beings are not--their

diplomatic liaisons are, however, welcome in the courts.

Law enforcement includes a multitude of facets: Intergalactic Trade and Commerce, Homeland Trade and Commerce, Public Safety, Crowd Control, Ship Jumping, Air Jumping, etc. These groups are further broken down within individual cities or districts.

Regardless of area of specialty, all uniforms and general wear involve black, for better coverage among the districts

and ships. This also allows for ease of knowing who is there to protect, when most citizens wear colorful trends. Veteran

agents tend to base their wardrobe around such colors and aesthetics as that is what they've been groomed to wear. These

designs follow a basic silhouette or aspect (boots, harnesses, etc.)
