I was the second born daughter, after my older sister Mackenzie (1998)

Ellie

My one and only brother was born on September 13th, 2006. At this point, there were four children living in the house.

Moved to Tennessee

In 2007, my family moved from Maryville, Illinois to Spring Hill, Tennessee for my dad's job.

Adopting Selena and Lexi

In 2013, my family adopted my two other sisters from Sierra Leone, Africa. They were adopted from an orphanage that we were heavy volunteers with. This photo was taken the day they got to America (April 4th, 2013).

They were biological sisters, one being 10 at the time and the other being 13 years old. This bumped me from the second child to the third.

Graduation

In May of 2018, I graduated high school with my sister Selena.

College

I moved to Huntsville, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama In Huntsville for Biology. This photo was taken on my very first day (August, 2018).

Graduating (the second time)

I graduated from UAH in 2022.

Family moved to Indiana

While I was in my second year of school, my family moved to Carmel, Indiana. (Fall 2019)

It was hard going from living 1.5 hours away to around 7 hours away with a time change.

COVID Hit Hard

COVID hit in my fourth semester as a college student (Spring 2020). I had to move to Indiana for the remainder of the semester, where I lived with my family and my sister's boyfriend. I finished my third and fourth year back on campus.

Observed Occupational Therapy

While working as an RBT, I was able to look into the life of an OT for the first time (2022/2023)

Started OT School at ISU

Lexi Got Married

Presently, I am in my third semester of OT school at ISU.

When I am not working or studying, I am currently loving reading and hanging out with my cat. I am patiently waiting for it to get warmer so I can talk more walks at the park again.
