I am Dr. Afifah Ramlee and currently is a Senior Lecturer and Course Coordinator for the BSc International Business at the School of Aviation, Marketing and Tourism, University of Bedfordshire, Luton Campus. I have more than 6 years of teaching experience and around 4 years of research experience in supervising academics working and students at Ph.D. and Masters level.  


My philosophy about teaching is teachers and students should be in a win-win situation. In the education world, students are our main clients, thus, we need to ensure their satisfaction. In addition, I believe teaching is a reciprocal relationship between teacher/lecturer and students. As a lecturer, I always put my effort to treat my students equally, regardless of their background, gender, ethnicity, and competency levels of my students.
