I felt this was a great starting point in that it looks at the structure of the school, the culture that permeates the school and how those policies or underlying structures can really hinder the inclusion process. If structures put into place are inflexible, or if teachers do no see themselves as teachers of all students, including those with learning differences it can stop inclusion from happening.
