In my opinion, what I learned in the chapter of The Ethics of Consumer: Production and Marketing is that advertising use is very important to market an advertisement for a product or service without resorting to unethical remarks and only for profit. Examples of issues that I emphasize are issues in the cosmetic industry. The use of unethical goods will damage the reputation of the company and endanger the consumer's use of the product for sale. Therefore, a company should be careful about choosing products that are used for cosmetics. Overall, this subject management ethics gives a lot of awareness to the small things in management that make a big impact if we are unethical.

I like the way Dr Wiwi teach us. Simple and meaningful. Dr understands the situation and the world of students. The method is very clear and provides an opportunity for all students to come up with ideas and share knowledge related to ethics. Dr gives students confidence to speak in front of the class. In my chapter on environmental issues, I have learnt that even though the benfit of interest for profit on businesses are important, we may never neglect the environmental damage enterprises could cause on the mother Earth. Like, air pollution, water pollution and sound pollution. Everyone should their part in being an ethical and morally good decent human being. Act responsible and behave ethically. By the way, I like how Dr Wiwi taught in our class. It was fun and light hearted. Dr Wiwi's style of learning was very engaging and able to interact with the students for their opinions.

in my opinion what i learned from this chapter is how can we doing business in the right way.in this chapter also analysis of relevant company policies and procedures, including corporate governance, insider trading, corruption, racism, corporate social responsibility , and fiduciary duties. many people now days always think about profit they don't think what will happen surrounding them, consequence from their fault will effect their own business. so this chapter teach us to became more ethic person in doing business. From what I have learned in my chapter which is The Ethics of Consumer Production and Marketing is that the consumer safety must come first. Products that are dangerous and risky for customer should not be produced or sell. In term of marketing also should not involve any deception. This is because consumer have their right to know about the product that will be using. They have their right to know the ingredient that used in the products. Seller cannot simply falsify their marketing by saying the product will give positive effects just to attract more consumer to buy their products. Safety also can be seen in term of the price and the amount sellers provided. Seller itself plays the most important roles because they know more about the products they are selling so it is their responsibility to work ethically.

In chapter 5, I had aware the the threat to the environment which done by the human and caused pollution issue happens. Everyone should take responsible in maintaining the sustainability of the environment. Environment is natural creature, as a human, we need to be ethically when use the natural resources from environment. Even we are earning maximum profit but we need to protect the environment at the same time. we need to protect the environment while doing the economy activity in promoting economy growth.

Even in working place we can apply these ethics when we are facing many people through our communication and behavior toward others. In sum, this class become more enjoyable and meaningful since our beloved lecturer, Dr Wiwi, teaching us and it is easier for us to understand during her class because Dr Wiwi always concern about her students as well. Based on what i have learned during the class, I realized that ethics includes five key elements which is honesty, integrity, trust, confidentiality and openness. In chapter 2, I learned that this framework guides individuals in the process of making business decisions. Meanwhile, in chapter 5 i realized that we need to take into consideration into environment ethics and ecological ethics.

I honestly want to say that I am very grateful to be a part of Dr Wiwi's class. She always guide us in process of learning and increase our self-esteem through individual view in the class. I really enjoy in Dr Wiwi's class as she makes friend with us and made the online learning become easier during MCO.

In my opinion, this course has provided us with the basic principles of ethics and shows us how these principles are relevant to businesses. Overall, the ethics classes are fun and I now realize the importance of keeping ethics in an organization. Especially in chapter 7, ‘The Ethics of Job Discrimination’, the issues of racial and sexual discrimination have had a long history in the business. Hence, removing discrimination provisions in the regulatory framework is definitely essential. Final words, special thanks I wanted to say for Dr. Wiwi for teaching us. Through this subject, it makes me more understand the importance of ethics in the business. For example, in chapter 2, it discusses the ethical principles in business. As a businessman, we should not focus the profit only, but we also must involve ethical action in the process of business. Besides that, in chapter 5 which is ethics and the environment, I learned that a lot of firms are only focused on the profit and damage our environment. The selfishness of human-caused serious environmental damage such as water pollution, air pollution, global warming and others. To earn more and more money, many firms were doing some unethical action such as release the toxic substances and chemicals wastes into air, water and land. In the end, it would bring huge effects to the next generation. And for this chapter, I had learned that earth is like our house, we must protect our environment, otherwise, we would need to pay a huge cost in the future. Also, this subject discussed the ethics of consumer production, ethics of job discrimination and ethics of employee. Through the discussion, we know how the importance of ethics in business. And we must act ethically in any situation. Otherwise, it would bring huge effects to us and our next generation.
Besides that, I feel very honoured that I was a student of Dr Wiwi. Dr Wiwi is a very good and nice lecturer, she always used the interesting method to make us more understand the chapter. This is because company may not explain when they promote service but it actually in the agreement. Not just that company cannot put any harmful ingridient on process of making the product. Apart from that, from this subject I learned how to review and analyse issue that happen case study and how to solve the problems properly in ethical ways. As I registered for this subject late in comparison to others, I did not know what to expect from this subject but I am quite happy to have made the decision to register as it gave me an opportunity to learn from Dr. Wiwi. I believe that although a student is responsible for their desire to learn about a particular subject; the subject's teacher can also effect the student's motivation and understanding of the particular subject. Since the beginning, Dr. Wiwi has taught us about the subject in a way that students are able to understand and comprehend the syllables in a good environment which leads the students to a more better absorption of the teachings. The syllables of this subject are quite good where they teach us not only theory but also real world implications with various examples such as environmental effects also effects on employees and customers. I truly hope that the subject does not change lecturer nor syllables as this subject is one of the few subjects in UUM that I believe has already the most suitable lecturer as well as the perfect syllable for students to understand the importance of ethics as well as the implications.

In Chapter 1, I learnt about the ethics and morality. I also learned that there are three types of ethical issues which are systematic, corporate and individual. Before I enrolled in this class, I always heard about people saying business ethics but I don’t have a really clear understanding on it. By taking up this course, I get to know more about business ethics and explore the new issues in business ethics. For instances, the advances in technology such as facial recognition and human cloning often lead to new issues for business ethics. Besides that, I gain the knowledge related to the steps that lead us to ethical behavior.

I’m grateful to join Dr Wiwi’s Management Ethics class. I love the way Dr Wiwi conducting the class in which Dr will always linked us with the topics and the issues happened around the world. To be good managers or employees, we need to know about ethics in the right place and time. In this class Dr Wiwi has guided and taught us well. Indirectly what is learned is practiced by students.

In chapter 1 of the Basic Principles chapter I have identified and understood the meaning of ethics and morality. First of all, thanks to Dr. Rawiyah and my classmates. Management ethics in general, is something that is not discussed much in real life. In fact, many ethical situations that happen surround us conscious and unconscious. My point here is that the subject of management ethics gives a big picture of the relevance of ethical actions. Dr. Rawiyah as our lecturer on this subject is a great person. This subject needs a lot of reading and she uses a variety of methods to keep us focused. One of these is to provide classroom insights on chapters and issues. She is very energetic in the classroom as well as very close to the students. Just one thing I would like to highlight is that it is not a problem but it does require some attention. Use of plagiarism system, not just on this subject but all. It works but sometimes it is too much. I answered to a question by my own words is also considered plagiarism. Last but not least, thank you Dr. for teaching us.

Assalammualaikum and good afternoon. First of all, thanks to our beloved lecturer, Dr Rawiyah because lead us well in this subject. Classmates and group-mates also gave the best cooperation during the class either online or face to face. Management Ethics teach us on how does we see things around us either it was right or wrong and how does we will handle it. In chapter 8, ethics and the employee categorized into theft of information, insider trading, fair wages, employee right and others. The government must ensure employers and employees of companies know or educated on employee right in all aspects and prevent unethical behavior in the company.

In the subject of management ethics, I realised that there are many types of ethic in our daily life and also in the business. A person will show his/her ethics when he/she have moral value in their personality. Besides that, each individual should have equal rights to continue their daily life. Although the human right is important but we also have to be responsible to the environment which provide green Mother Earth to human. Thus, people have the responsibility to deal with business ethics, protect human rights, and also protect our environment.
Special thanks to Dr. Wiwi which teach us and explain more clearly to us about the management ethics. Now we can understand well about this subject. I was enjoyed in this class and Dr. Wiwi has give task to us to make sure that we are more understanding. Thank you.

I have learned the ethics of management and some ethics of business. Terms like utilitarianism and moral ethics are some of the examples of what I've learned. I learned the most through the case studies and the assignments where we were given the task to analyse the actions of individuals, whether is it ethical or not.

I look at the subject of ethics widely, 2 angles and for me it is important when dealing with the procedures of human life in managing individuals, families, organizations and societies to ensure well-being and happiness.
