El Minuto de Dios inicio con un objetivo especifico, el cual era ayudar a promover el desarrollo integral de las personas y de las comunidades marginadas las cuales podían ser grupos de personas las cuales tenían niveles muy bajos de educación, ya fuera en las comunidades rurales o urbanas.
