I attended a wellbeing workshop as part of PD, it made me reflect on how I deal with children who are upset and the reasons why they may be feeling that way. It also provided useful tools to use when thinking about wellbeing.

As music is so important in FS/ for their phonic development, it was useful to see how we could teach music and incorporate it into other lessons.
