It means being judged when you don't need, want, or expect to be judged. It makes you feel worse about yourself than before. It's unnecessarily judging people and impacts their self-esteem and causes image destruction. It also builds unneeded walls. It seperates people instead of uniting them. It should be something that we can take into our own hands, not something that can control us. The people who judge haven't "evolved" past basic fight or flight judgments, and are stuck in the past. They make inaccurate assumptions about another human being without really knowing them.
