Mary didn't want to take it to court because she was going through so much that she didn't want to take it to court and settled it outside of court. Although this was the reason she said it was so she could keep them safe in case someone came into their home. Wes and his family moved to his grandparents' house in the Bronx, located in New York. Their grandparents' house was a three-bedroom home, where anyone could go if they needed a place to stay. There were 5-9 people living in these tight living conditions.
