United States. There were detailed graphic organizers created to scaffold the research process for students and also for them to take detailed notes. Part of the research included students finding information on the history, economy and geography of each region being studied. Once students collected the information,  they had to display it in their Thinglink. One student, for instance, selected an image of animal particular to that region. This student then added color coded tags that matched the corresponding icons in the image. As one go over the icon, different links and information about the subject would pop up. After finishing their Thinglink and research, students had to create a 5 page website. One of the web-pages that students had to include was a Dream Vacation. I think this gave students the perfect opportunity to personalize their project. Considering that Thinglink is an award winning technology platform, this blog needed to highlight more of that creative work. Perhaps adding images or videos to showcase student work samples, instead of links.
