Topic sentence (focus on what's important when looking for an employment).

I disagree with the statement as not every job in society looks for people with a good education. Employers looks out for people with a good attitude and skills required for the job. Nowadays in society, employers are looking for people who has hands on experience over someone who has a qualified certificate. In our current society, many university graduates are having a difficult time in finding a job. Many are rejected from the jobs they aspire to work in thus lowering their standards to office jobs with low salary, as low as twenty to twenty-five thousand dollars per month. This clearly show that employers are looking for people with experience than someone who has a smart brain but no experience

Not every important thing is learn in our daily life is not through education itself. Education itself does not provide the very basis of what we learn when we are born as we spend the very first few months with our parents taking care of our very basic needs. Skills such as learning how to interact with our parents and motor skills especially at a tender age. Although education needs to be started at a young age, it does not necessary means that people will learn values from school as there are other places where people will learn values such as teamwork, compassion as well as loyalty towards one's own family and friends. This itself proves that formal education itself is not the key to one's success itself as many values that is needed in life cannot be learnt by the very basis of what formal education provides to people itself.

Rebuttal
The reason why I disagree with his statement is that our current society is changing the type of people they are looking for. In the past, they hire people based on their level of education. Some jobs need people who has low education level, as low as Ordinary Level Certificate to be qualified for the job while others need to have at least a diploma certificate to get a decent job with a decent salary. However, currently in our society is looking for people with experience in the outside world than just a smart brain. Recently, many university graduates have voiced put their concerns that they are rejected from the jobs they tried to apply for as they were stolen from the foreigners who has no proper education but have hands on experience on the jobs. We were told by young that having a good education will mean that we will have a better job and a better future. But based on the way society is hiring people,

I disagree with the statement that students can gain moral values like discipline in school. The first reason is that we as students can also gain discipline which can be on other occasion. By this i mean, students may think that being punctual to school, being tidy, always on task can make us gain more discipline. Not only that, CCAs like uniform group ca help the students to gain discipline. However that is not true as we can gain discipline not only in school but other places. For example, at home. When we are at home, we would need to clean the house like 2-3 times every week. By doing this, we could gain more discipline as we are being on task. Moreover, there is also different ways to gain other types of moral value like responsibility. Becoming a facilitator would help you have the experience of being responsible. Therefore, i disagree with the statement that students can gain moral values only in school.
