Hold PAM Champions on a termly basis where students undergo intensive training in their specific areas (PE, Art, or Music). Include team-building activities, project planning sessions, and hands-on practice leading small groups.

Implement a buddy system where senior PAM Champions mentor junior ones. They can collaborate on planning school events, share experiences, and develop leadership skills through real-world practice while maintaining program continuity.

Ultimately, the events planned out should always align back to 3 things:

1) Student agency.

2) Are the PAM Champions promoting a healthy living and active lifestyle in Pei Chun?

3) Are the PAM Champions contributing towards a vibrant arts scene in Pei Chun?

The trainings should then align and equip our PAM Champions to achieve the above.
