As a vice class officer for two years, in grade 6, to be honest, vice class officers almost do nothing. A vice class officer is only useful when class officers are absent (which is rare to occur). And I have almost haven't participated in any sort of activities that the student council has held (that is same for other 2 vice class officers in grade 6)

I strongly suggest giving more activities for vice class officers to participate in. Vice class officers can also host activities. Vice-class officers can also participate in maintaining activities. Many vice-class officers (including me of course) are capable of doing these. Thus, I strongly believe that situations in grade 7 would be better for vice class officers.
