To deal with stress caused by school, I try to manage my time so that I have plenty of time to complete homework and long-term projects without saving the entire assignment until the night before it is due. Also, to reduced stress caused by tests, I study each day for the test, as well as the night before. This allows me to understand the content over time rather than in one night. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over the summer, I felt stress as a result of my summer homework. I had saved most of my summer homework until August and felt as if I would not have enough time to complete all of the required assignments. To&nbsp;manage this stress, I simple took a minute to calm down, and once I had, I remained focus on my task rather than waste more of the limited time I had stressing over not having enough time. By maintaining this stress, I was able to complete all of my assignments in time for their due dates. </div>]]></description>
