         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><ol><li>I see that many Singaporeans using packets of tissue papers or other items to place on tables in a food centre.</li><li>I think by placing these items on the tables, it is meant as a signal that the particular tables have been reserved by the individuals who have placed the items. Why do we need to show this signal? Is it a sense of being ‘kiasu’ (afraid to lose)? </li><li>I wonder if these people have the rights to reserve the tables. Is this an ugly side of Singaporeans? Do the people of Hong Kong have the same habit too? <br><br></li></ol>]]></description>
