Rice with Meat (Wedding Pilaf)

Materials: 6-8 persons

1kg beef broth
2 spoonful butter
salt
black pepper
For the rice;
2 cups baldo rice
Half a cup of boiled chickpeas
2 soup spoonful of currant
1 cup of broth meat
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 soup spoon butter
Specification:

Take the meat to the pot and roast the water as much as you can. Add hot water to the level of the meat and boil it for about 1,5-2 hours. Add 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper to the meat and let the meat roast for a while.

How to make roasted rice The rice to be cooked is made in a different way. I used the so-called brewing method that I learned from my grandfather. I usually do my pilafs this way. This rice is very delicious, but it takes 30-40 minutes to brew. The more you rest, the more delicious it will be.
Wash the rice and leave in cold water for 10-15 minutes. You can do it without waiting. Take 2 cups water-meat juice mixture to pot and leave to boil. (You can use 2 whole cups of water as meat and water, but I also reduce the amount of fat if I use whole meat juice.)
Add salt to the boiling water-water mixture. Add filtered rice, chickpeas and bird grapes and mix. Close the lid's cover. After it has been boiled, cut the gold and cook it in low heat until the water is pulled. Fry the butter in a separate pan. Put oil on the pilaf. Put a paper towel in your mouth and close the cover. Wrap the pot in a blanket and spread it for 30-40 minutes. Mix your rice gently 5 minutes before serving.
Pick up the rice. pour over the meat and serve.
