         <description><![CDATA[<div>GENERAL DEFINITION<br>The test is actully testing what it is supposed to test. In class tests different competences are tested.<br><br>CONTENT VALIDITY<br>Is it testing what it is supposed to test content-wise? In school the curriculum deterimes criteria for content (curricula-validity)<br><br>CRITERION-RELATED VALIDITY<br>Predictive: Comparing the result of the test with a similar criterion. The two variables are supposed to have a high correlation. (e.g.: maths-test vs. final grade in maths)<br>Concurrent: Comparing the result of the test with a different criterion. The two variables are supposed to have a low correlation. (maths-test vs. testing reading competence)<br><br>PROGNOSTIC VALIDITY<br>The test is&nbsp; a reliable prognosis about future performance (Can be checked long term, does the prognosis align with future performances?).<br><br>CONSTRUCT VALIDITY<br>Shows how close the test is to the theoretical construct it is based on.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>GENERAL DEFINITION</strong><br>precision with which a test measures (student) behaviour<br><br><strong>PARALLELTESTRELIABILITÄT</strong><br>students write two similar tests (test A and B) testing the same competencies. Test results should be more or less the same.<br><br><br><strong>RETESTRELIABILITÄT</strong><br>students write the same test twice within a specific time frame. Aim: high degree of intraindividual conformity<br><br><br><strong>SPLIT-HALF-RELIABILITÄT</strong><br>used during test construction. Test is split in half (e.g. odd and even numbers). For each half, a test value is developed. The test values of both test halves should be similar.<br><br><strong>KONSISTENZANALYSE</strong><br>used during test construction. works like Split-Half-reliability, but splits every test item individually. <br><br><br><strong>STANDARDMESSFEHLER</strong><br>how much test results differ from standard normal distribution</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Definition: The test is conducted in an objective way when no conditions affect the test in any way so that test conducters should achieve same results/grades<br><br>Durchführungsobjektivität:<br>The test takes place in a neutral setting (room, location, time).&nbsp;<br><br>Auswertungsobjektivität:&nbsp;<br>The test is evaluated in a standardised way regardless of the evaluater/conducter. The conducter needs to know which measurement is used for the evaluation<br><br>Interpretationsobjektivität:<br>It is important for the test result  to be interpreted  by various evaluaters/conducters leading to the same final results<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
