I also believe that mama is a good person. I say this because shes noble, respectful, etc. She also keeps the household in check at all times.

To me this peace describes mama because much like mother nature they both keep their environments in check and in balance. also the silhouette of the sunset brings on the impression that there's more than meets the eye. like mamas experience the tree is full of life and still continuing to grow and develop.

Explanation of Song

The song mentions, "How do I win this war alone?" this shows how Mama is constantly having to battle it out with her husband, and the baby situation. because there's so much stress surrounding it it makes it tougher on Mama to deal with it. The line "This is the fear of letting go" can also relate to Mama because it is the fear of letting go. If she does let go then the whole household falls to the ground and that's always something to think about.

Theme of Raisin In The Sun

s quote The theme-It's Dreams vs Reality
Quote-Walter to Travis: “Just tell me where you want to go to school and you’ll go. Just tell me, what it is you want to be—and you’ll be it…Whatever you want to be—Yessir! You just name it, son… and I hand you the world!” p. 108
Explanation-This quote explains the quote because the dream is to live fancy and to go to a good school and use the latest things and stuff. Reality settles in when the money gets raided, and thats the sad part about it. Reality sucks because reality hurts you and everyone, reality is a realization of the world. In this situation Walter wants a huge house and all nice things but again reality settles and he ends up where, with nothing.
