We can get business donations to hold prizes for students or mini parties for perfect attendance.<br><br>3. Teachers have welcoming classrooms. It is essential for all teachers to really value each student, their ideas, and their presence. Positive attitudes each day and forget about the past.<br><br>4. Praise student growth. Show that they are growing and progressing rather than just proficiency. </div>]]></description>

I believe we need to focus on the students that we feel may not feel safe or have not developed relationships with others.  All the actions stated on this padlet would go a long way in addressing the needs of these students. One way to ID these students are by looking at those students who are absent often.</div>]]></description>
