First we brainstormed about what is 'science of well being' then we talked about different aspects of well being and what we can do to improve these acpects. Second we did our ‘Well Being Rainbow Experiment' in which each color symbolizes a different aspect of well being then we discussed how different aspects of well-being comes together and create a healthy and harmonious whole just like a beautiful rainbow. After that we completed the sentences which starts with 'well-being is…' or 'kindness is…' by stating what well-being means to us, we also added symbols and some drawings to these sentences in the white paper. Then we sticked white papers on a bigger coloured square and we created our well being quilt and we displayed it on our class board. It was such an productive activity for us!

Together they illustrated well being and kindness. They wrote slogans on their pictures. Our awareness work, which supports both foreign language and motor skills, was disseminated to our school with the eTwinning board we prepared. There will also be some of our other subject teachers who support adulthood. In the beginning of the sessions, we meditated, then every student made a definition of kindness and well being. Right after that, they drew pictures according to their definitions and lastly we created a word cloud with the words we used to define well being and kindness. Then we prepared our bulletin board and turned that activity into a lesson about being nice and well.
