  • The author has fleshed out the world in which these characters exist, we found out more about Offred’s life before the revolution.
  • Better, since the setting and characters have been further developed.
  • I have a hard time starting to read, but once i get into it I don’t wanna put the book down.

I found out that Offred saw Moira again in the red center and they used to talk in between the stalls of the washroom. Moira faked getting sick to try and escape and got severely punished for it, to the point where she had to be carried to class to class by other women. I also read about Offreds dream that she had about her daughter and her having to escape the angels?? Eyes?? Police?? Idrk, but Offred and her daughter were running through the woods trying to escape after being caught.

    2. Offred explains “the ceremony”, and how it functions and how miserable and horrible it is. She gets bored and restless at night and gets up to steal something when she runs into nick and nick pulls her in to kiss her, but they don’t continue because it is all too risky and illegal.

    3. I am enjoying independent reading very very much, is wish it was more than 10 minutes.
