I would say interconnectness is when a certain country is connected with another country due to trade routes and other things. A example of a document might be a doucment or map where it shows different trade routes and where they are connected. I am not sure though. Another example is the united nations where countries from all over the world connected in one and "help" eachother when in need.

Inequality means that one group of people is being treated unfairly by another group because of their race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion. ETHNICITY= your language and culture. Ms. Devot is considered black racially but Haitian is her ethnicity due to her culture and language.
