U - It is a Maine 🤬. It has large and wide ears, good for me to whisper my secrets to. It is cuddly, friendly and loves attention - perfect for me. I'm the only child. Beats talking to my shadow. If I have Maya with me, I will be sure I tell her everything that happens in school every day. I can imagine her running up to me and rubbing against my legs to greet me after school. Beats having me come home to an empty house. Also, she is cuddly - great! I can hug her to sleep, no need for my old soft toys. I am sure I will feel so loved with this kitty cat around the house.
P and E- Oh, and I wanted to share that - I have always wanted to have a cat. Since young, I have been fascinated by the community cats. They are usually very friendly and they always come up to me and allow me to stroke them. I love it when they purr in contentment and rub against my legs. I feel so loved by that. Oh and you know why I chose the cat over the dog and hamster - I have done my research. Dogs are a little more high maintenance- they require me to bring them on walks daily. This husky - it reads Athletic and Intelligent. I am intelligent, but not athletic. I would dread having to bring the husky out on runs every day. Also, it would be very inhumane of me to NOT bring the dog around for walks (but I can't find the time to do this). Their poop is pretty brutal - it is smelly. My cousin has a dog and while he is intelligent and friendly (he is smaller than a husky ), I can't quite get over the smell of his saliva and the poop.

Oh and why not hamsters? I know hamsters are really cute. They are easy to tame and good natured, but they are so SMALL. I can't really hug them to sleep and I don't think they can show me affection.

But with Maya, I know she will use her litter box on her own. She will be pretty independent. She will also be well groomed. I have read about cats being fastidious about being clean. I can imagine- having Maya around, would be like having a younger sister, albeit, a quieter, more affectionate sister, who will not be a brat. hahaha:) . Teacher, what about you? I want to get them all as they all are very cute but I do not have enough money to buy all.Other than that, why did I choose the Dog more than the cat and hamster is because dogs are intelligent(mostly☺️).

Okay that was a joke but the reason I chose a dog over kitten as dogs are cuddly and big and normally protects his owner. But cats they usually prefer to stay at home and messing up your stuff(you will need to do a lot of stuff to prevent them from messing things up😂).

Oh yeah!I forgot to tell you about why I chose the dog over the hamster.Yes, a hamster is cute but it is small and can easily escape.Also my teacher, Mdm Ong told my class about her giving one of her students a hamster but died as it tried to escape from the cage but got stuck and strangled to death(she did not know what to do as she was shocked and learnt her lesson to keep calm).

And all its characteristics seem to fit me (sort of. Except the "cuddly" part....)

P and E-I think it would be awesome to have a pet cat like Maya, as it is playful, I can play many different games with it like chase, catch the laser, and loads of others. It can be my playmate (As i am an only child). I have many friends and they can come over any time, but not that much.
I can imagine it waiting for me to come home, and purring hello when i come home. It will be so CUTE!

Good thing it is cuddly-I can hug it to sleep. Better than all my other soft toys.
If i had this cat, things around my house would be AWESOME! :D

I think dogs are pretty cool too, but in this case, this is a husky. A Huskey is too big! Most huskies prefer living in very cold places, but i do not think it will do well in Singapore (seriously, it is like an oven in here!) And if we on the air-con, it will be too expensive! :p

For the hamster, i do not want it because first of all it is too small,and it does not do much. I think i would be pretty bored with a pet like that.And I also do not want a repeat of Mdm Ong's Hamster disaster!

As Ivan is too big and Lulu too small, I think Maya is just the right size! It would be like inviting a new member to the Lee family! Cats will not be too dirty, too.(Unlike dogs, who poo where they want) Maya would use her litter box, and it would help a lot as all i have to do is clear the litter box. I wish this cat was real now!

P-When I was young, I had a dog called Roxy, and she was very loving, obedient and affectionate.
E-I would not get a cat as they kiill many birds - not for survival but for sport! Furthermore, I understand that they tend to shed a lot of fur, so very often new cat-owners suffer from allergies. I would not like to get a hamster as I used to have one, and after two short years it died. Its death was very depressing and I would not like to experience this sadness again.

Its name is Maya. It is a MaineCoon. It has large and wide ears. It is cuddly, friendly and loves attention. Maya looks like the friendliest and cutest of the three. I do not have a pet. I would love to adopt one, and Maya looks like a great choice. I can play with it and hug it when I’m sad. Having a pet will change my life as it will teach me to be a responsible person. I will have to look after it, feed it, bathe it and take it for walk every day.

The Siberian Husky is loyal but I don’t like the smell of its poop. As for the hamster, it is small and not huggable. I may squash it accidentally when I am sleeping.

U, P & E-I would adopt her as a hamster is easy to take care of and since she is easy to tame it wouldn't take much work at all. Also, in order to take care of a hamster, it's fairly cheap. All I have to do is just give it air food and water and the cage isn't too expensive, but most importantly, play with her! Besides that, she looks really cute! We even got a paper template for creating a hamster adoption setup. Since the cage for a hamster usually comes with equipment for feeding the animal which would make my life a bit easier.
I would not adopt Maya, the Maine 🤬 because the advertisement states that she loves attention which would be a bit hard as I have a lot of C.C.A.s, that can last up to 5.15 p.m. ! I mean, it would be nice to to have a cuddly friend with me but I usually have no time to see her. Also, I have heard myths that if you were to look into a cat's eyes, you could be cursed or something like that, and since I am really superstitious, I would get scared.
I wouldn't adopt Ivan as he would be too big and I also wouldn't have enough time and he is way too big! I also can't stand the the thought of him suddenly bursting into my room, probably wanting me to give him a walk, which would exhaust me even more since I probably just came back home after I just finished my most tiring after school activity, table tennis. In fact, once, I was at one of my Thai great grandmother who had recently passed away and we were at the temple eating lunch. While skipping back, to my seat, a supposedly stray dog thought I was going to step on him and suddenly barked at me, which made run back to my mother frantically as I cried in terror and I was only like 5 years old! Ever since, I have always been scared of dogs. So the stuation is kind of like my opinion on adopting Maya, I guess.
However, Lulu is just the right size and isn't scary in any way whatsoever. So that's why I would adopt Lulu.
Although, if I could select some other pet, I would probably choose some sort of tropical bird.

(U,P,E)-I like hamsters as the are easy to tame,good natured,cute and fluffy.I am not a fan of coluor,so what no matter what colour my hamster is I would just take it.It is not about its colour that makes the everyone want the hamster, but it is the pet we want to have ,keep and play with in our daily life.I have an hamster, his name is dim sum.I named him that because i thought of thekong fu panda twins dim and sum.I wanted to have a boy and girl,but my mum only allowed male-male.but the two brothers fought.So I got only one hamster.I do not want a cat as cats make annoying sounds(Miao)every day. U-lt is a Siberian Husky,it has blue eyes and is very unique. They have blue eyes while we have black eyes and l can play blink off with it. It is an athlete and intelligent, l can imagine us playing catch at the backyard. I am always very bored at home but with husky l won’t be bored anymore.l will teach him how to open the main door to let me in after school and other stuff like using the toilet.

P and E-l always wanted a dog since l was young but my parents do not allow it as they thought l am not responsible enough to have a pet. When I walk along the streets, l always see people bringing their dogs for a walk and l think to myself “How I wish I can own a dog”
Oh and why not a cat or a hamster? - Cats have evil-looking eyes. When they stare at me,my hair starts to stand. I’m at my highest alert as they seem to want to pounce right on me. Their sharp claws waiting to strike at me. What a frightful scene! Those cats make me sick.

As for the hamster,hamsters are so small and hard to play with.I only can stand there and watch it eat food and l don’t dare to bring it out of the cage as l heard lt will bite.

So l think the husky will be just perfect for me.

Its golden brown hair makes it seem magical, and since its good-natured, I wouldn't really need to give it a lot of attention if I'm busy with my homework, unlike dogs or cats. And when I'm bored, I can look at them working out on their wheels.

When I was young, my parents brought me to my aunt's house, and she kept a pet hamster there. It looked very cute as he began working out on his wheel, and even cuter to see him nibbling on his food! From that day onwards, I had always wished to keep a hamster, but I had never gathered my courage to tell my parents.

I do not want to keep the cat because it needs a lot of attention, and like I said, I wouldn't have time if I am busy with my homework. And in my opinion, I think cats stuck-up, and only come out for food if it is hungry. I would not keep the dog because it is athletic, unlike me, who likes to stay at home and play my computer games. Also, Siberian Huskies are not suitable in Singapore's climate and prefer to stay in colder countries.

I do not have a pet although I wish to have a dog. My parents think it’s too troublesome to own a pet and think I may not show responsibility to help take care of my pet.I am not very fit so I can lose weight by taking Ivan to the park to jog everyday. Another reason is that dogs are not that easy to take care of as sometimes, you need to bring them for a walk and along the way, you will have to clean up their poop. U - I like her large and wide ears as it is good for me to talk to when I am bored. I do not like Lulu the hamster as it is too small and I may lose it when I go to school or when there is no one in the house. I also would not choose Ivan the husky dog as I would need to bring it for daily walks.
P and E - Maya is cuddly and friendly. When I come back from school feeling stressed, I can cuddle her and talk to her like a friend. As Maya loves attention, I can stroke her fur and cuddle her at the same time.

As it is Athletic, I can walk it for like AGES. And I'm glad (haha). As for it being Intelligent, I would say it will be easier for it to understand what I'm try to tell him. For the Maine, umm, we'll... I just don't like cats. I always feel that's the will scratch me or something. Also, they are normally independent,so there's like no point looking after it. U - The poster says he has blue eyes. I love the colour blue. It also says that he is very athletic and intelligent. And the good thing about dog's, especially one who is athletic, I will have to take him for a walk and that will force me to exercise, as I am in dire need of more exercise, so I can pass my next NAPFA test on the first try.
P - I choose Ivan over Maya because I am more of a dog person, and I think Maya will scratch all of my stuffs and, since she is a cat, I guess she will climb to all things, for example my table, and ruin my homework while I am away to get a drink. And while Maya is also very active like Ivan, I think Ivan will be more useful for me and my daily life since dog has tendency to protect its owner when it has a good bond with its owner. I would choose Ivan over Lulu because even though I have a pet hamster, I think it is just sitting there doing nothing during daytime (of course, they are nocturnal by nature!). And it also might squeeze its body against the cage and escape from it.
E – I think some of the challenges of having a husky is that it lives in a colder climate, while Singapore has a warm climate and on some of the days it can go really hot. I should think of a solution for that. I know! I will ask my dad to blast the aircon high in our house during hotter days to keep it cool. I need to convince my dad to do that for the sake of Ivan, although it may shoot our electricity bill over the roof, but hey … that’s a price we all have to pay on top of dog food, veterinarian fee, pet salon, etc. What do you think, Teacher? I would not take Lulu as it is small and hard to play with and that its faeces or its dirty demanding habits of theirs would attract dirty-loving insects and creatures to the house.I know this as I have 2 hamsters called winter and autumn.Autumn and Winter are both females,both hamsters both given by my great friend Edward.They are named after the 2 seasons as it reminds me of our great Singapore having only 1 season.Summer.The torturous hot season.Summer. Although they are named after the seasons,they are not as civilised and great like the names they are given.
Although sometimes they are stinky and annoying because of the funky and stinky smell of their faeces,they are good for teaching us respondsibility,the great teachings and school motto of our wealthy and great school.Some responsibilities that are given to us to test us to keeping a pet is to clean up after their own,teaching them to be civilised,feeding them and to be accompanied.It may not be easy to keep a pet,but u always must choose a right one that u think its fit for u,like how I think that Ivan is just the type of pet for me.Teacher,do u keep a pet?

I would also patiently train Ivan. I would not want Maya as I think cats are not really as playful as dogs, I also thin that most of the time cats are usually very proud of themselves.
