This event is significant because Charlemagne being crowned Emperor changed a lot because he brought much of Western Europe together.</div>]]></description>

The Church had two and sometimes even three popes. It wasn't until the church council finally met and the Council of Constance ended the Great Schism. This event is significant because it had the Church divided for a long time because of the disagreements they had and this made things for certain Churches change and have different views on things.</div>]]></description>
