No matter how highly articulate someone is they are unable of creating a response and understanding. A clear example is a woman who is fluent in english, but her mother only speaks mandarine. The young girl can switch between languages and communicate with people of both cultures with ease. However, her mother can only understand a few words because of english not being her mother tongue. Such is the case of the picture, in which the person who was robbed didn’t use a comma in her sentence, that’s why the police officer understood that she wanted him to help the thief.
