1. Paraffin may sound like an innocent ingredient, but it’s actually a product of distilled petroleum and is used in candles, polishes and cosmetics. It’s a flammable, waxy material that can also be used in fuels. According to The Environmental Working Group’s website, it has the possibility to be toxic. 

2. Petroleum is found in many products such as body lotions, lipsticks and moisturizers. It’s better avoid it, because it’s been called one of the most prevalent “contaminants of the human body.” 

3. Industrial cosmetic have been growing more and more popular among  women, once females have started using them at younger ages (60% of 12 year old girls use makeup) and do not recognize the effects of what are put it on her own skin.

4. There is a growing movement called SLOW BEAUTY that is based on sustainable self-care. Become capable of adding a broad sense of respect in our personal care routine, and increase our ability to care others and our environment.

5. Deodorant although viewed as innocent products in daily hygiene, may contain chemicals such as aluminum chlorohydrate, parabens and artificial fragrances, that when associated cause allergies and irritations, and more serious problems like breast cancer.

Know deeply about ourself and allow us to understand others individuals, likewise, realize the reality that round us, it is a new option of subject suggest in high school. 
First, understand what we are, our strengths and weaknesses, thus accept what we feel and what goals we have, it is part of our self-knowledge. 
As a consequence, it will enhance different ways to handle several situations, also understand who we are. 
As mentioned analise our emotions, fears and talents could regulate our self behavior. Self-knowledge is a relevant high school subject owing to give tools to determinate capabilities and limitations, subsequently, it add a realistic and objective plan life, as result mitigate future displeasures. He saw the love at first sight in front of him. He hiding inside a cove, and basically he saw a beautiful woman. 
The little frog knows that this kind of love would be impossible, since he is a teen amphibious and she is a grow woman. 
However love was irrational and went to the place where she was tanning and said:
- Hello
She jumped and exclaimed: 
- Hello!! I mean, Who are you?
- I am Thor, I used to be a dinosaur, however a wizard turned me into a frog!
In fact, a frog and a woman did not matter what were the origin of everything and they shared their time together a long time.
