This album depicts what it would be like to party at the end of the world. There is beauty and there is chaos in every song. Using some of the elements, Ben ratliff has discussed in his book Every Song Ever, I discovered that song of the songs from Humanz contain the musical elements of Speed, Loudness, and repetition. The songs that incorporate these elements are Let Me Out and Strobelite. I chose these two songs as what sets the entire feel and mood for the album, since it offers both views and a variety of emotions. Which is what exactly this album entails. Hewlett and Albarn do an amazing job and depicting what the world would be like when we stopped caring so much, and started to party. They take about change, yet there is no change happening. They describe political matters that challenge the status quo, while also playing against conformity. All in all this album is a masterpiece that includes growth, change, and electricity.
