Specifically the lack of housing space for students. As of now, there are not enough dorms especially apartment wise. Common rooms have been turned in four person quads. Singles are being converted into doubles. The school is putting money into construction that is not as important as safe and accessible living situations for students since this is a 4 year residential college.
