Este programa dibuja un círculo de un tamaño inicial de 10 de largo y ancho, y según la tecla que pulses aumentará el tamaño (Flecha arriba) o lo disminuirá (Flecha abajo). Además, el círculo cambiará de color mientras cambia el tamaño.
