-pot and lid

Method:
1. Weigh out the pot and lid without the magnesium ribbon in it.
2. Weigh out the pot and lid with the magnesium in it. Remember to record your results.
3. Put the pot in the clay triangle that is on the tripod.
4. Turn the Bunsen burner to the blue hazard flame.
5. Heat the magnesium.
6. Weigh the ashes and pot and lid.
