Collective discrimination occurs when a group of people gives differential treatment to another group or person, either negative or inferior, for the same reasons. Collective discrimination is suffered by LGBT groups for example, and occurs in cases of racial discrimination, as in the U.S. (or other countries) and also people who profess certain religions in Islamist countries.

People give up an important part of themselves, impacting deeply on their self-esteem and generating feelings like sadness, desolation, anger and constant fear of being attacked

The only way to stop this type of violence is not to promote it, to understand that each individual is free to be and to do what he sees necessary or wants, reasonable from his person as long as we do not affect others. We’re all free to express ourselves as much as we please.

"Fat", "black", "faggot", "mogolic": these words (and others) sometimes appear in our lexicon emptied of their real meaning. They speak without invoking their power or without thinking how much they can offend someone. In the first half of 2019, the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) received 1,307 complaints.
The five most mentioned discriminatory grounds were disability (17.9 per cent); sexual diversity (10.4 per cent); health (9.7 per cent); gender (7.5 per cent); and ideology and opinion (7.1 per cent). The areas where discrimination is most widely reported are employment and then education. And almost always these denunciations are triggered by the use of those words.
