This is a Canadian breakfast. It had cheesy eggs, toast, bacon, and potatoes. First, I fried the potatoes in oil. Second, I fried the bacon in butter. Then I scrambled the eggs and added cheese, pepper, salt, and spicy sauce. Lastly, I put the bread in the toaster and buttered the toast. It was good, but maybe I should add more vegetables next time!

I will make shawarma today because my family loves it. It is a famous Syrian food. First we will cut the potatoes and fry them with oil. Second, we cut the chicken breast and grill it in the oven with a little oil. And third, we cut the vegetables. After that we mix a little garlic with milk, oil and salt and mix them together with the mixer. After that we prepare the bread and put all the ingredients inside the bread and put them in a frying pan of Tefal with a little oil. I love this food. But my son does not like garlic with it but it is so delicious.

You cut the chicken breast, tomatoes, onions, parsley, garlic, oil and add to the rice. You then add all your spices. Cook it for 20 minutes on high then another 30 min on low. You serve it with cucumber, dill and homemade yogurt sauce We made a salad that includes lettuce, cucumber, radish, fried bread and pecans. This dish reminds me of my country.

It tastes like doughnuts but the difference is that doughnuts are not for breakfast. And the white porridge is called pap. I used 3 cups of water and waited it to boil. The I added one cup of maize meal then covered it. After that I reduced the heat to medium-low and let the pap for about 8-10 minutes. That is how I make my Congolese breakfast.
