- For every balloon, 1 lucky draw to get merch (glow sticks, temporary tattoo, a grand prize , etc.)
- discounts: Buy 5 balloon, get 1 free balloon. Buy 10 get 3 free (free balloon no merch)

Helium balloons:
- do a on the spot customisation for them, extra $1-$2, cannot be NSFW and cannot be something too complicated, keep the drawings only to a specific size and side of balloon --> have only 1-2 people doing customisation if not later they complain different style, so customisation is first come first serve, limit to first 50 people?

Since lots of people have large friend groups, are we able to do group discounts, like if all 5 ppl of a group buy tgt they get 10% discount, if 8 ppl or more buy is 15% (the numbers can be varied, doesn't need to be this fixed cost) or if bulk buy oso can apply dis

Put the scores of each class rite at our booth so they can see it. Also announce the top 3 classes every few days/weeks to encourage them to buy more to be 1st.
