         <description><![CDATA[<div>Exercise I do sometimes are: Mostly physical and not mental or social but sometimes it both physical and social because I sometimes I do it with my mom and brother. Plus with all the exercise I do I do have a risk of hurting myself and my muscles. Some of the things I do for exercise are between easy and medium but not hard yet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I sometimes run up and down my long driveway with something heavy to help build up strength in my legs and arms. I think I do this at least 1 time a day during the school week but not on the weekends. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I lift random and heavy objects I can find in my house. I sometimes lift with my legs or my arms. I do these during the weekends at least 3-5 times a day.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Push-ups:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I do push-ups with things on my back that are light but add on more as progress to challenge my arms and legs. I also make sure I'm doing it right by telling my mom to see if I'm doing it right or not. I do theses on the weekends in my room at least 2-3 times a day.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I do sit-ups and see how many I can originally do then add some weight and start over to see if I have improved or not and see if my physical strength in my lower back has improved. I do this at least once a day everyday but not the weekends.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I sometimes bike up and down my driveway to train my legs. Plus my driveway isn't smooth it's rough, rocky, and bumpy which makes it good leg training. I sometimes do it during the weekend but not all the time since it's now getting cooler and cooler everyday.</div>]]></description>
