Scenario 1

Goal - teaching strategy being group-based.
Feedback - directing the feedback back to them and then asking them by they think it was not successful. Working with them to realise the reason (communication error? wrongly assigning roles etc.) and then providing my own constructive feedback as to how they should work on their dynamic as a group within the planning stage.

Goal, photosynthesis - Planning, was [poor as a result the outcomes was not fully realised, failure to plan does not yield the desired outcomes, so my feedback, planning is key

The goal was to teach photosynthesis as a group. The feedback I would provide is to discuss the importance of planning and how, if they had planned appropriately, they would have reached their goal. I would then go through the stages of planning and give them time to redo the lesson.
