         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1. Students mostly violate the law of copying or using proprietary information without permission. Mostly through piracy of either music, movies, textbooks, or programs that they use. It is so readily available for free that it seems paying hundreds of dollars for such things is a "waste" for some. <br>Q2. They occur due to price discrepancies and with the high price of university, students are looking for anyway to save money.<br>Q3. It could be reduced if these items were properly priced and not gouged. From a technical standpoint it would be done through knowledge of where and shutting down pirating. </div>]]></description>
